Information we handle
- Accounts and sign-in. Your email address, internal account identifier, verification status and sign-in records. Google sign-in can supply your name, profile image and Google account identifier. Our authentication system keeps the session and provider credentials needed to manage sign-in, and can record session IP addresses and browser information.
- Profile. Your chosen username, country, date of birth, and phone number if you choose to provide one, together with profile creation/update and verification information.
- Jackpot and games. Your six score predictions, round and entry references, submission time, entry results and account history. Saved drafts, squad selections, scores, room membership and multiplayer actions are also handled when you use the relevant game features.
- Feedback and support. The message/category you submit, an optional contact email, the relevant page, and a basic browser/operating-system summary. Signed-in feedback can be associated with your account. A derived rate-limit identifier based on your account or IP address helps prevent spam. Emails you send us contain the information you choose to include.
- Technical and usage information. Requests can include IP addresses, browser/device information and timestamps. Hosting, authentication, analytics and advertising services may process this information for delivery, security and measurement.
How we use information
We use information to operate SCRMR, sign you in, save and restore your picks and games, administer entries and results, check age and country eligibility, enforce entry limits, respond to support requests, and protect the service against misuse. Analytics helps us understand usage, sign-in and entry failures, and improve the experience. Advertising helps fund the service.
Jackpot entry remains separate from advertising: watching or clicking an ad is not required to enter, does not add entries and does not improve your chances. Jackpot participation requires a profile confirming that you are at least 18.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Local storage and session storage help retain unsubmitted picks, pending sign-in continuations and game progress. Temporary measurement markers help associate sign-in completion with a sign-in method and avoid duplicate analytics events.
Google services may set or read cookies or use similar technologies, including identifiers and web beacons, for analytics, advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The technologies used depend on service settings, available consent choices and applicable regional requirements. Third-party requests can occur even when no ad is visible.
You can manage or clear cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or cause unsent picks and progress to be lost. Clearing browser storage does not delete entries or account records held on our servers.
Google Analytics
SCRMR uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure page visits and Jackpot funnel activity, such as starting picks, completing six picks, starting/completing sign-in and submitting an entry. We also measure loading, sign-in and submission failures. Event context can include a round reference, fixture count/index, sign-in method (Google or email) and a general failure category.
Our application does not include names, emails, account identifiers, tokens, profile details or your predicted scores in these GA4 events. It removes query strings and private room identifiers from the page paths it sends. Google can still receive technical information, including your IP address and browser/device details, when your browser connects to its services; measurement is not a promise of complete anonymity.
Our GA4 configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization signals. The analytics utility skips measurement when your browser sends an enabled Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. This describes SCRMR analytics, not a site-wide guarantee about every third-party service.
See Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner sites, and theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google AdSense
SCRMR includes Google AdSense advertising code. When ads are served, Google and advertising/measurement partners participating in its ad services may collect or use IP addresses, page URLs, browser/device information, cookies and other identifiers. These can be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and, where permitted by settings and consent, personalize advertising.
We do not sell your account, profile or Jackpot entry records or upload those records to Google for advertising audiences. Google’s processing of advertising data is described in its own policies. Depending on where you live, advertising-related disclosures may be subject to additional opt-out or consent rights.
You can reviewGoogle My Ad Center andGoogle’s advertising and cookie information. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily remove ads or stop measurement and fraud-prevention processing. Where a consent message is displayed, use its choices to manage the purposes and partners presented to you.
Service providers and public features
Service providers process information needed to deliver SCRMR: Cloudflare for website and live-room hosting, our hosted database services for account and game records, Resend for sign-in email delivery, and Google for optional Google sign-in, analytics and advertising. Sign-in emails include your email address and a temporary login link. Better Auth is the authentication software used by our application, not a separate hosted login provider.
Usernames, country labels and game scores/results can be visible to other players through rooms, leaderboards and published/shared drafts. Sharing a picks card reveals the information on that card to the people you share it with. Your email, date of birth and phone number are not intended for public leaderboards or room displays.
Authorized administrators can access records needed to run contests and handle support. Information may also be disclosed where needed to comply with legal obligations or protect users and the service. Providers may process information in countries other than yours; their handling is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
Account, entry, game and support records are retained for operating the service, maintaining history, resolving disputes and meeting applicable obligations. Retention varies by record and provider; we do not promise a single automatic deletion deadline. Temporary sign-in links and sessions expire, but that does not automatically erase the associated account or contest history.
We use access controls and protected connections to safeguard information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include passwords, sign-in links or unnecessary sensitive information in feedback or privacy requests.
Your choices and requests
You can update available profile fields in SCRMR and manage cookies or storage through your browser. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to your local privacy authority.
Email support@scrmr.com with your request. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account. Some records may need to be retained for contest integrity, security, disputes or legal requirements; we will explain relevant limitations when responding. Signing out alone does not delete an account.
